We created this incredible pack by seeking to recreate the sound of the Magnatone M80 Baby Slash Head. This amazing amp delivers the same legendary British crunch and creamy overdrive that Slash calls “the most kick-ass little amp I’ve ever played through.”

We used 2 mic combinations: Shure SM57+Sennheiser MD 421 and Shure SM57+Sennheiser E609.
We profiled this amazing amp with a matched 2×12 Magnatone Super Fifty-Nine cab equipped with two WGS ET90 speakers.
Turning the bass knob up to maximum activates a specialized Slash EQ, specifically acting as a mid-cut or “scoop” to achieve a more modern, aggressive texture. We also captured 4 amazing profiles using this great “secret” eq!
